The What’s Your Theme Song? Series is all about getting a “behind the scenes” look into the music that some of the brightest and influential bloggers are listening to. I’ve been reading DWJ’s blog, The Art of Accessories for a while now and I truly adore her “How to Accessorize” posts as I always love how she mixes and matches the perfect pieces to make an outfit outstanding.  The Art of Accessories truly embodies the motto that “style is an art”.  Not only does DWJ show you how to accessorize, she also shares her thoughts on makeup and dabbles in photographgy.  Speaking of which I need to sign up for a photography lesson. DWJ is the real deal. And when it comes to accessories, I truly believe she could make  a paper bag look fabulous. What’s your current theme song?
Drake’s “Fancy”, I would like to believe that I’m fancy in my everyday life.

Name the last song played on your mp3 player?
Alice Smith “Love Endeavor” she is phenomenal!

Ipod or Zune? iPad! I’ve upgraded in a major way and my iPad, Pierre (pictured) is my number one music companion.

Do you listen to music while applying makeup?
I used to but in the house I live in now, I have so much makeup that there really isn’t any counter space for a radio in my guest bathroom. When I’m going out I definitely turn up the music loud while I’m getting myself together but, in the morning’s it’s just me and my thoughts.

What your favorite type of music? 
R&B is what seems to have taken over my music library but I’ve a big hip-hop person too. People are always surprised by my hip-hop knowledge and music selection, but just because I’m fancy doesn’t mean I can’t like hip-hop.

What’s one song you could listen to everyday without growing tired? 
Alice Smith’s “Love Endeavor” or Rahsaan Patterson’s “Get to Where You Are” are two songs about being so in love and happy and that’s how I feel every day. The added bonus is that music like these 2 songs makes me want to wiggle when I’m on the train or dance when I’m by myself. I love it when music makes you move.

Who’s your musical muse(s)? 
Hmmm…that’s a hard one. Maybe Lady Gaga right now. I feel like I have an inner Gaga in me that comes out sometimes. Rah, rah, ro mama…
