Wet n Wild Go For The Gold Collection: Review, Photos, Swatches

Finally, I got my hands on Wet n Wild’s limited edition collection. Why is finding some Wet n Wild products like going on a never-ending treasure hunt? Over the last couple months, better yet years, Wet n Wild has continually impressed me with their quality of products. And because of their improved quality I have acquired a pretty nice collection of these products. More about that later, but for the summer of 2011 they have launched a small 2 piece collection, that ties in perfectly with this year’s hottest trend (bronzed & glowing).

Everything Under The Sun Color Icon Bronzer, is a swirl of 5 bronzer shades, that when blended together create a nice warm rosy pinky light gold color. On my nc50 skin-tine this looked a bit light as an all over bronzer but, it works nice as a highlight color. The pigmentation on this bronzer is nice and the feel of this is soft and it blends well into the skin.

The Gilded Age Color Icon Trio, has three very flattering colors. The brow-bone color is metallic with a hint of pink, the crease color is a deep bronzy brown and the lid color is a classic metallic gold color. All three of these shades are soft and well pigmented. These apply nicely with or with a base.

Both pieces in this collection retail for #2.99 each and I truly believe are must -have. As the color pay-off and the prices are on-point.
