Subtle Color Blocking, Maybe?
OK, I’ve never done this on Silver Lips Beauty. I gave sharing my outfit of the day over on Dana, of The Art of Accessories blog a try, but never here. And you guys know i’m no fashionista, right? I’m what you would call a true plain Jane. I’ll rock a bold lip in a heart beat but when it comes to my clothing. I’m just plain. Well I decided to try my hand at a very subtle approach to this spring/summer trend, color blocking. Well at least I think it’s color blocking.
Now let me tell you guys a little about my style. I try my best to stay way under the radar in terms of clothing. I’m usually rocking black and over the top or bold accesories. And there was a time in my life when I would have never ever, ever , EVER worn this type of outfit out the house. And though I wore this outfit, I still felt a little bit out of my element but, hey I gotta break out of my safe and plain Jane shell sometime right?

How funny…I landed here looking for a MAC review but I read Dana’s blog and remember your guest post. Loved your look then and I love this one too. I think it’s funny that you consider this one bold, but looking at your other outfit, I get it. You look great though. Don’t be afraid to step outside the box!
