Nail That: OPI What’s With The CattItude? Nail Lacquer

Check out my past nail color of the moment, “OPI What’s with the Cattitude?”. Released with the OPI Shrek Forever collection, this color is describes as a, bright sky blue. This is a beautiful blue shade for summer but, it’s streaky (see pinky finger) and requires some extra coats and patience.  -)
