Nail That: Essie “Bright Lights”

This summer is all about over the top neon nails for me. I want my nails to look so bright that they almost glow in the dark. lol  With that in mind, I decided to give my Essie “Bright Lights” a try. Bright Lights is described as a bright neon orange color. And in the bottle it looks just as described but, when applied, it is very sheer and dries kinda matte.  So to make this color really pop, my nail technician applied a white base and three coats of “Bright Lights” and lastly applied a gel coat on top to make it shine like crazy. I also added a little blue crackle action on the ring fingers for fun.
