A couple months ago while window shopping in Ulta, I stubbled upon this product and it literally changed my make-up experience. At the time I was just really getting into grooming my brows and I didn’t want to spend a whole heck of a lot of money on similar high end products but I wanted to tested out something to play around with. With N.Y.C Browser retailing at $3.99 I knew it couldn’t hurt to try it out and not feel bad if it wasn’t the right stuff for me. But to my surprise it worked and worked well. N.Y.C. Browser kit comes complete with brush -on brow powder, grooming wax, tweezers and applicator. It also comes in two shades Blonde & Brunette.
