MAC Too Fabulous Collection Review, Swatches, Photos

On March 4th,  MAC launched  ”Too Fabulous”, a collection that  is composed of six lip liners, six mineral blushes and nine of the  infamous cream sheen glasses. All of which are limited edition excluding one permanent lip liner and three Cremesheen glass re-promotes.   This collection is sure to please those ready for spring and summer. As, the entire collection screams “Warmer Days” are coming soon.  This collection includes something for every type of makeup novice and connoisseur. From nude & creamy to bold & bright lips and cheeks.

Here is a run down of what I picked up from the collection:  All swatches applied on NC50 skin

Lip Liners ($13.00) OMG, these lipliners are to me the highlight of the collection. Though all of them my not be suitable for all skin tones. They can be used to assist in achieving suitable looks. Currently I’m all about matching liner or gradient lips, meaning that the lipliner is one to two shades darker than the lip stick or gloss. And not a huge contrast like dark liner and light lipstick or lipgloss. I hope that makes sense to you all. If not I’ll do a separate post explaining further, if you want.

Cremesheen Glass ($18.00) The Infamous Cremesheen Glasses, what can I say about them other than you’ve seen them before and they are just simply fabulous These creamy, high shine, sheer glasses  have been around the Mac counters and back several times. And each time they introduce a few new shades to fall in love with. Nothing else to say but, you need at least one in you life

Mineralize Blush Duo ($23.00) All limited edition, these two-toned abstractly patterned blushes offer up sheer coverage with a slightly pearlalized finish. These blushes also can be a little glitter heavy so, you will need to build the color up so that the glitter doesn’t over power your cheeks.
