L’Oreal H.I.P & NYX Depotting Project

Organizing my makeup has been an ongoing issue for me. It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with makeup and with that, I own a lot of makeup. And an ongoing issue for me is using the products I have. I shop my stash but, not like I should. So to help me get more use of products that get over looked. I decided to consolidate some of my single & duo potted products.

So here it is. I have 40 NYX single eyeshadows, 18 L’Oreal H.I.P duos and 5 Ben Nye single eyeshadows to depot. While at the Makeup Show I picked up three of the Make Up For Ever metal magnetic palettes for 6 bucks each and thought that  2 of them would make a great place to store all my depotted shadows. I used my owl pencil-case as well as I ran out of space in the two palettes. All of the depotting made me  realize that depotting these eyeshadows would give me a little more room in my makeup draws for more stuff of course lol

Well I didn’t depot the Ben Nye shadows but, I guess I’ll get to them on the next go around. Depotting was fairly easy but time-consuming and after I completely shattered one of the NYX shadows I got into a groove and completed the depotting in about 2 1/2 hours.
