For Spring 2013 , NARS introduces the Satin Lip Pencil Collection. This new addition to NARS’ Lip Pencil category, is said to be ultra creamy and full of moisture. Available in  thirteen shades, this line combines the convenience of a pencil with the application of a lipstick. The collection launches on www.narscosmetics.com and at Nordstrom on March 7, but you can get your hands on the statement-making shades now through an exclusive Pinterest pre-sale. As mentioned on Mashable, NARS has aligned with three influential “power pinners” to release the nude, pink, and red shades a week prior to the official on-counter date.
