China Glaze “Poolside” Nail Lacquer Collection: Review, Swatches, Photos

China Glaze presents the “Poolside” Collection which screams neon summer. Comprised of 6 bright, bold head turning colors, this lot of polishes are sure to please the bolder-than-ever type persons. Me being one of them. I love  loud colors for summer. Shoot, I love them all year around but, in summer I just let loose with color. And I did just that when playing around with this new collection.

Now I’ve noticed with any neon nail lacquers in the past that they tend to not apply well. They can be streaky and very sheer.  That was the case with a few of these shades. To work around that I suggest applying a thin layer of white nail polish or applying three layers of the color.

Polishes are described as follows:

Flip Flop Fantasty,  neon coral
Sun Worshipper,  orange yellow
Pool Party, brightened hot pink
Yellow Polka Dot Bikini, highlight marker yellow
Kiwi Cool-Ada, brightened highlight maker green
Towel Boy Toy, sky blue, with slight aerodescent soft blue pearl

Overall, I really like this collection. Though some of the polishes are a little hard to work with (Yellow Polka Dot Bikini) these color look amazing on. My toes especially will enjoy each shade very soon. I totally think you should gie them a try if your into bold neon colors.

Have you checked out the “Poolside” Collection?
