Bobbi Brown Extra Repair SPF25 Foundation

Bobbi Brown is a household name when it comes to natural flawless skin. And though I have purchased several of her foundations in the past. It seems none of them really suited my fancy.  They all felt like they were just sitting on my skin and not fully absorbing in. Well that is until I tried this new but, not so new Extra Repair Foundation. This foundation is perfect for any one with dry or very dry skin. Infused with Shea Butter and Evening Primrose Oil (which makes this foundation smell amazing) , this do-it-all formula combines all the skin-nourishing benefits of Bobbi’s Extra Skincare with the skin tone-correct color and buildable coverage of Bobbi Browns other foundations. And because this product combines skincare with foundation it over time repairs and replenishes your skin.

Little secret, I exclusively use this foundation during my special “time of the month”, when break outs seem to run rapid. My skin gets treated for the blemishes and good medium coverage when I wear it. My skin just loves this foundation. And though it’s creamy in texture it has a nice staying power. Lasting about 7 good hours on me and that was in DC’s hot & humid weather. Also having sun protection added in is a nice bonus. I find when I wear this foundation. I tend to not set it with powder to give my skin a nice dewy finish. I have to be honest with you guys and tell you that the hefty price tag ($55.oo) was a true set back for me but,  all the goodness packed in this 1 fl oz. jar far superseded the price.
