Being Thankful Isn’t just for Thanksgiving Day
You see the last two weeks have been amazing and tiring. Many of you may or may not have known this but, I was unemployed for over 15 months. I was downsized last July from my job after 10 years and though I enjoyed my old job and time off. I was ready to get back into the land of the working. I had prayed for a job that was close to my house and one that paid me at least the salary I ended with at the other company.
Well ladies and gentlemen, God heard my prayers and answered each one of them. Sorry if I’m getting to spiritual but, hey it’s the truth. I’m still pinching myself because, it all still feels like a dream. So in the last two weeks, I have been hired to do a job that is exciting, fun and challenging. Flew to Cleveland for training. Enjoy the luxury of walking to and from work. And lastly have the salary that matches my life style.
So I apologize in advance for the lack of blog posts. I’m trying to balance work and the blog. Not that I posted something everyday but, I try to never go two weeks without saying something to you guys. Honesty there may be a few more weeks of slight absence from me as get more training and familiar with all my job duties, but I promise to get the balance together and be back in full swing of things soon. Hey, you may even see a couple new posts after this one. ha ha
So with all that being said, I am thankful for life, health, a job and each and every one of you.
Thanks so much for allowing me to grace your computer screens.
